The title will show after the character's name, in the following format:
- <name> the Exalted

Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): Changed back to [40 Exalted Reputations]. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Changed to require [45 Exalted Reputations]. The title remains for players who earned it with 40.
