Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed. - Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): No longer drops from Lord Kazzak.
- Patch 1.5.0 (2005-06-07): The Eye of Shadow can both now drop off appropriate level demonic monsters. It should be noted that Lord Kazzak will guarantee a drop but to get it from the lesser creatures will be a much rarer occurrence.
- Patch 1.4.0 (2005-04-19): Added.
