The Grand Collector appears in Blade's Edge Mountains near the end of the Bash'ir Landing raid, serving as the event's "final boss".
Abilities
Arcane Volley — Hurls a magical bolt at an enemy, inflicting Arcane damage.
Strategy
During the third wave of enemies in the Bash'ir Landing raid, The Grand Collector will spawn. He is unattackable at first, continuing to send enemies at the friendly NPCs. After about 90 seconds, he will become attackable and come after the NPCs himself. At level 70, a 25-player raid is needed to take him down. He sometimes splits into three and has hard aoe abilities. He is easily soloed at level 90.
