The Hood was an orcish member of the Uncrowned located in the Underbelly of Dalaran during the alpha stages of World of Warcraft: Legion. Both he and Mathias Shaw were removed during the alpha.

Considering that Shaw is the leader of the SI: 7 and a member of the Alliance, it is possible that The Hood was intended as his Horde counterpart. The Hood was likely meant to be a member of the Horde's rogue organization rather than the clan from the alternative Draenor in order to serve as a counterpart to the Alliance's SI:7.
