The Hood was an orc located at the Underbelly in Dalaran as a member of The Uncrowned. He was, along with Mathias Shaw, removed during the alpha.

Considering Shaw is the leader of the SI: 7 and an Alliance member it is possible that The Hood was there as his counterpart and a Horde representative. It is unknown if he was meant to be a member of the Horde's rogue organization or the clan from the alternative Draenor or even from both, since by then Iron Horde member could have theoretically joined Azeroth's Horde.
