The Long Con is a quest achievement awarded for completing Roko's quest chain in Tiragarde Sound. During the Freehold chapter of the Tiragarde Sound storyline, adventurers will come across Roko just outside of Freehold proper. He starts  [10-60] Aged to Perfection.

Complete the short quest chain while leveling, then at level 120, Roko will offer a follow-up, finale quest to end the chain.
