Duke Hydraxis has the following abilities:
- Hand of Neptulon — Slows all enemies in a 10 yard radius. Applies Hand of Neptulon to all affected targets, increasing damage taken from Crashing Waves by 500% and inflicts periodic damage.
- Crashing Waves — Calls forth a wave from the tides of Nazjatar. Dealing damage to all enemies in its path.
- Surge — Charge forward, inflicting damage to all enemies within 12 yards.
- Gift of the Tides — Heals the caster for 15% of maximum health every 1 for 5 sec.
