  •  [Hallowed Wand - Wisp]
  •  [Hallowed Wand - Ghost]
  •  [Hallowed Wand - Ninja]
  •  [Hallowed Wand - Skeleton]

The Masquerade is related to the seasonal world event Hallow's End. Completing this achievement is criteria for the meta achievement  [Hallowed Be Thy Name].

Locations

Hallowed Wands can be found within Treat Bags, a reward from Trick or Treating with innkeepers, and Crudely Wrapped Gifts, related to the seasonal daily quests:

•  [10-70 Daily] "Let the Fires Come!"
•  [10-70 Daily] "Let the Fires Come!"
•  [1-70 Daily] Stop the Fires!
•  [1-70 Daily] Stop the Fires!

Note that  [Hallowed Wand - Random] transformations will not give credit towards the achievement, as of the Hallow's End event in 2008.
