[30-35] The Poisoned Mind is a title granted after killling Xaril the Poisoned Mind and taking his ability during the Paragons of the Klaxxi fight. It is a part of the 
[Now We are the Paragon] achievement. Only healers can take this title.
The title is not permanent, but is granted via a 60-minute buff called Vast Apothecarial Knowledge.
