the Prime is a title granted after killing Korven the Prime and taking his ability during the Paragons of the Klaxxi fight. It is a part of the 
[Now We are the Paragon] achievement. Only tanks can take this title.
The title is not permanent, but is granted via a 60-minute buff called Master of Amber.
The title appears after your character's name:
