The Stonewright is a venthyr, the Harvester of Wrath of the Court of Harvesters.
She was the first venthyr created from a mortal soul, which was so long ago that Prince Renathal confused her with the original Harvester of Wrath that was made alongside him and The Curator from the will of Denathrius as the original Court of Harvesters.[1][2] She refers to the stoneborn as her children and is referred to by General Draven as the "mother of stone" and "the mother of the stoneborn",[3] as she was the one who created the stoneborn and formed the Stone Legion when the Maldraxxi forces did not come to defend Revendreth from the invasion of the Light retaliating against the nathrezim. She personally banished the dreadlords from Revendreth due to the loss of her children.[4]
She remained loyal to Denathrius during Prince Renathal's rebellion, believing that he could not defeat both Denathrius and the Jailer and being unwilling to subject her children to the suffering of an unwinnable fight.[5]
After the defeat of Denathrius and the recovery of The Primus, the latter sent a note to the Stonewright informing her of the return of the nathrezim and imploring her to take a side against the Jailer.[6] Naturally, the Stonewright was wroth, and immediately set about removing the unseen guests from Revendreth and Sinfall.[7][8] She and the Maw Walker uncovered a much larger nathrezim plot,[9] and exposed Mal'Ganis.[10] Later, a hunter from Ardenweald seeking more Night Warriors found one in the Stonewright.[11]

I am known as the Stonewright. By my hammer and chisel were crafted the first stoneborn, and I see each as my child. They are all brothers and sisters in arms, and now they wage war on each other in this short sighted rebellion.
The Master believes you can bring an end to this conflict. Of that I have no doubt. I only hope it is the right end.

I will bring my forces to bear on Korthia, but it is still vital we extract as much information from Mal'Ganis as we can, and Renathal's methods are... soft... compared to mind.
When I am done with him, Renathal can have Mal'Ganis back for whatever atonement he believes a dreadlord capable of. But not before I am done with him.
