The Swarmkeeper is a title granted after killing Hisek the Swarmkeeper and taking his ability during the Paragons of the Klaxxi fight. It is a part of the 
[Now We are the Paragon] achievement. Only DPS can take this title.
The title is not permanent, but is granted via a 60-minute buff called Compound Eye.
The title appears after your character's name:
