Cut through Veil Terokk and take the Gnarlwood Pass east through the Nest of the Ravenspeakers, then cut northeast, past rare boar Gochar. Head north when reaching the water to find Filbert Tinkertoss next to a crashed Transport Copter in the Murkbog.
