The Windreaver was part of the periodic Elemental Invasions. When he appeared, a zone-wide emote went out, alerting everyone in Silithus he had spawned.

He spawned amidst a host of Whirling Invaders and was constantly escorted by some of his guards.

Abilities

•  Chain Lightning — Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, causing Nature damage to each.
•  Enveloping Winds — Surrounds an enemy with a cyclone for up to 10 sec. If the target takes any damage, it will break free of the imprisoning winds.
•  Lightning Cloud — Creates a cloud of lightning that lasts 15 sec., blasting all enemies in a selected area for 28 to 32 Nature damage and inflicting 42 to 48 additional damage every 5 sec.
•  Shock — Instantly throws a bolt of lightning at an enemy, inflicting Nature damage.
