Pick up [10-60] Possessive Headgear and [10-60] Betrayal of the Guard before heading out.
Use the ships to cross over to the Anglepoint Packing District, killing Mind-addled Enforcers and attacking Possessed Dockworkers to release them from the Parasitic Mindstealers.
In one of the buildings, look for Manager Yerold. He offers some side quests: [10-60] Dangerous Cargo and [10-60] Enemy Within.
Brother Conway and Brannon Stormsong are at the southeast end of the packing district.
