The Theramore Guard[1][2] was the military that guarded Theramore Isle. They were among the finest groups of Alliance soldiers based in Kalimdor and it was their duty to uphold the laws of the Alliance.[3]

They were the remnants of the Human Expedition led by Jaina Proudmoore: former Alliance of Lordaeron units from various expeditionary forces such as the Stromgarde Brigade and Lordaeron Corps.

During the occupation of Theramore by the Kul Tiran forces of Daelin Proudmoore, the Theramore Guard was forced into service and fought against the Horde attackers.[1]

The guards were on high alert when the actions of the Burning Blade cult pit the nations of Theramore and Durotar against each other. Theramore's military investigated the activities of the cult and fought the Horde at Northwatch Hold.[4]

World of Warcraft

The Theramore Guard was known for the exceptional training of its warriors,[5] and counted many marines among its ranks. Adjutant Tesoran kept track of all the records for the Guard, from personnel to their equipment.[6]

Unhappy with the way their city-state was led, several guards deserted the organization.

They were eventually wiped out when Garrosh Hellscream destroyed the city with a mana bomb during the Attack on Theramore Isle.[7]

Medic Helaina and Medic Tamberlyn were very likely a part of the Guard.
