There's Always a Bigger Train is an achievement earned from having a train run over an Exulting Wind-Up Train Wrecker during the Operator Thogar encounter in Blackrock Foundry on Normal difficulty or higher.
The Exulting Wind-Up Train Wrecker is the result of having a 
[Wind-Up Train Wrecker] destroy a 
[Toy Train Set], so the set must be placed on the tracks first, and then release the robot once the train doors of the track the toy train is on opens up. The best place to attempt the achievement is in the middle of the tracks so that the player has enough time to dodge the oncoming attack.

- The name of this achievement is likely a reference to Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, where Qui-Gon Jinn at one point states "There's always a bigger fish".
