This quest becomes available after starting [60] Maldraxxian Weapons. Blackbale is floating at the edge of the parapet with Bolt, a neutral biggun tinkering with a ballista who stays out of the fight unless attacked. Upon aggroing Blackbale:
- Lord Blackbale says: An opportunity to test out my new weapon!
During the fight:
- Lord Blackbale says: Bolt! Stop playing with that ballista and help me kill this menace!
- Bolt says: Not much of a fighter... more of a hugger...
- Lord Blackbale says: What you are is worthless! I'm tossing you back in the pool after this!
- Bolt says: Oh, I loves swimmin'!
Defeating Blackbale:
- Lord Blackbale says: The Tithelord... will have your... head...
He drops 
[Orders from the Tithelord] (as well as a 
[Maldraxxian Weapon] for [60] Maldraxxian Weapons). Upon looting the Orders:
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: These venthyr are in league with a lich?!
- Kael'thas Sunstrider says: The Accuser must allow us to hunt down and destroy it!
- Upon completion
- The Accuser says: I must inform Prince Renathal of the Maldraxxus threat immediately.
- The Accuser says: I am placing Kael'thas under your care, <name>. Humble him.
- Kael'thas becomes chained to the player.
- Kael'thas mutters something under his breath.
- The Accuser flies away.
- The Accuser says: We are the only thing standing between you and oblivion, Kael'thas.
Kael offers the followup, [60] Reconnaissance... for my, uh, Recovery.
