Thero'shan[1][2][3] or thero-shan[4] is a courtesy title of great respect meaning "honored student" in Darnassian, the language of the night elves.[1][2][3]
It is the title by which Archdruid Malfurion Stormrage is addressed by the demigod Cenarius,[1][5] and is used by Malfurion when referring to his druids.[3][4]
The complementary honorific is shan'do ("honored teacher").
