This item is a quest reward from the following quests:
- [18] Plundering the Plunderers
- [22] Horns of Nez'ra
Notes[]
Thistle Tea is one of the few items currently available that instantly restore energy. The amount of energy restored is calculated using this equation:
- [100 - (2 * (Player Level - 40))]
Simply put, this item restores 100 energy from level 5 to 40. Every level after level 40 decreases the amount of energy restored by this item by 2.
Level | Amount |
---|---|
40 | 100 |
60 | 60 |
70 | 40 |
80 | 20 |
85 | 10 |
90 | 0 |
At levels above 90, the tooltip currently displays a negative number (-20 at level 100). This is a bug.[2]
Trivia[]
- Thistle Tea is a rare Rogue spell in the Whispers of the Old Gods expansion for Hearthstone. The flavor text reads: "Aren't Thistles prickly? Why would you drink them? I don't get Rogues."
Patch changes[]
- Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): The amount of energy restored now decreases at higher levels.
