In an alternate reality, when Aedelas Blackmoore found an orcish infant whom he named Thrall, he gave him to the Foxton family to nurse. Taretha Foxton remembered his unique blue eyes. He died after a few days, bringing "shame" on her parents Clannia and Tammis Foxton. Many years later, after the Battle of Blackrock Spire, Taretha found an orc who revealed himself as Thrall from the main universe.[1]

- Before he was thrown into the Blackmoore world in Twilight of the Aspects, Thrall from the main universe had already appeared in a different timeway[2] at the time of his parents' murder. There, he had held his alternate, infant self that King Blackmoore eventually tried to kill.[3] Christie Golden's statement confirms that the infant Thrall wasn't the same one who died in the Blackmoore world.
