A group of Thugs can be found behind the farmhouse of Furlbrow's Pumpkin Farm in Westfall. Initially neutral, they will turn hostile to any prying eyes who attempt to eavesdrop on their conversation.
Along with the rest of Westfall, these riffraff are abuzz with rumors of a mysterious female figure who is attempting to resurrect the Defias Brotherhood. However, they know to keep their mouths shut and someone kills Two-Shoed Lou in a rather ironic fashion while the thugs are being dealt with.
