Thunderpaw Overlook.
Thunderpaw Overlook can be found overlooking the Thunderpaw Refuge just to the southwest of the Tian Monastery in north-central Jade Forest.
A shrine to Xin Wo Yin the Broken Hearted is on the summit. Interacting with the shrine is one of the objectives of the Pandaria exploration achievement 
[Legend of the Brewfathers].

A scenario plays out on the overlook and in Thunderpaw Refuge, called A Brewing Storm. Brewmaster Blanche starts the event, wandering up and down the path to the peak.
