Tidewater Sanctum

Tidewater Sanctum is both the entrance to the Shrine of the Storm in Stormsong Valley and the first part of the dungeon where you face Aqu'sirr immediately after the first Tidesage mural. Upon approach, Lord Stormsong (still in his human form) summons Aqu'sirr to stop the adventurer.
