Tier 16 is the armor set associated with Patch 5.4.0. It is obtained from the Siege of Orgrimmar raid. All the tokens are turned in to Nadina Stargem or Thelett Shaleheart (for Normal mode), Blizzix Sparkshiv or Welbiz Cheerwhistle (for Raid Finder), Ki'agnuu or Clarice Chapmann (for Heroic mode), and Tu'aho Pathcutter or Lorry Warmheart (for Mythic mode) in Shrine of Two Moons or Shrine of Seven Stars.

Each set consists of five pieces and has four ranks: Raid Finder (528), normal (540), heroic (553) and Mythic (566). Normal gloves and legs can be obtained from the August Celestials on the Timeless Isle.
