Timber Wolves were wolf mobs that could be found in Northshire Valley in Elwynn Forest. After a sudden surge in their population, Eagan Peltskinner had put a bounty on the Timber Wolves and Young Wolves of Northshire, asking adventurers to thin their numbers and bring him their meat to cook.
In the time leading up to the Cataclysm, these wolves contracted a mysterious illness that wouldn't go away.
