Tolliver Houndstooth is a Gilnean worgen druid and quest giver found in Northwatch Hold in the Southern Barrens. He can be found healing various Wounded Defenders around him with his druidic magics. He is also apparently adept with herbs from the wording of his quests.
He requests for adventurers to use his bandages to patch up Wounded Defenders found about Northwatch Hold, and later requesting that they personally kill Karga Rageroar and retrieve his helm for him. It is later revealed that Tolliver as well as several other Gilneans had fallen victim to the Horde intercepting their ship. Taken as prisoners and trophies for the warchief, the worgen fought back against the orcs. Karga began to kill worgen at random, and ordered to fire upon the worgen as the ship capsized, resulting in very few of the refugees making it to land.
It is revealed that 
[Rageroar's Helm] was fashioned from the scalp of Tolliver's deceased brother as a trophy, recanting his story to the players, while noticeably emotionally shaken, of his and the other refugees experience with the orcs.
It is unknown whether he survived the Razing of Northwatch Hold or not.
