Tombcaller Arban is a centaur of Clan Ukhel located inside the main kurgan in the southwestern part of the Eternal Kurgans in the Ohn'ahran Plains. He walks between the mound's different chambers, repeatedly casting "Bind Spirit" to summon Bound Spirits. He removed Sarantuya and Batubar, the weapons of Teera and Maruuk, from their resting places in order to raise their spirits (a plot later continued by Gravelord Monkh in the Nokhud Offensive), and Initiate Zorig wants him dead.[1]
