Tong the Fixer is the apparent owner of the Tavern in the Mists in the Veiled Stair. During the events of Mists of Pandaria, Tong allows the black dragon Wrathion to make the tavern his group's base of operations in Pandaria, providing him with food, drink, and a place to stay. During the Black Prince questline, Tong sometimes provides Wrathion and the player with drinks.

At the end of the questline, when Wrathion is ranting at how the Siege of Orgrimmar did not end in a decisive Alliance victory, which he believed would make the world more united and therefore better equipped to combat the coming Burning Legion invasion, Tong scolds him and proceeds to lecture him that it is various differing peoples and cultures that make the world strong and which strengthen each other as well. Wrathion dismisses him and flies off, claiming that next time, he will leave nothing to chance. Tong simply states that the young dragon was rude and did not leave a tip.^[1]

Tong later travels with Wrathion and his Blacktalon forces to the Waking Shores on the Dragon Isles.
