Toranaku is a nether dragon located inside the Netherwing Mines in Shadowmoon Valley. Originally, he was supposed to give a quest to kill Or'kaos the Insane upon a player reaching Exalted with the Netherwing in order for him or her to obtain a netherdrake mount; but the idea was replaced with 
[25-30] Lord Illidan Stormrage.
