Tortaka Tribesmen are tortollans guarding the Tortaka Refuge in Vol'dun. Some unarmed tribesmen can be freed from Jungleweb Victim webs at the Terrace of the Fang. After completion of 
[30-60] Wrath of the Tiger, armored tribesmen can be found standing guard in and around the Temple of Kimbul.
They are present during Faction Assaults of Vol'dun and Zuldazar.
