You exploit the enemy target's weakest point, instantly killing them.
Only usable on creatures that have less health than you.
Rank 2: Touch of Death reduces delayed Stagger damage by 200% of damage dealt. Rank 2: Touch of Death spawns 3 Chi Spheres, granting 1 Chi when you walk through them.
Rank 2 was turned into a talent in Dragonflight, but Rank 3 was not renamed to Rank 2, making Touch of Death an unusual spell with Rank 1 and Rank 3 but no Rank 2.
Patch changes[]
Hotfix (2023-04-07):Fixed an issue that allowed Touch of Death to be cast on targets at a higher health threshold than intended.

Rank 2 added at level 44: Touch of Death can now be used on targets with less than 15% health remaining, dealing 35% of your maximum health in damage.
Old: Inflict mortal damage on an enemy, causing the target to take damage equal to 35% of your maximum health after 8 sec, reduced against players. During the 8 sec duration, 10% of all other damage you deal to the target will be added to the final damage dealt.
