Tracing the Source is a quest in Undercity. It is only available during the Love is in the Air holiday.

Speak with Mara Rennick at the tailor's shop in the Undercity's Mage Quarter.

Something's wrong with my product? Well, I've never seen so many people wanting something so badly.
I bought my supply from a merchant named Mara Rennick. She's new in town.
She mentioned she had some goods she had to deliver to the tailor in the Mage Quarter.

I'm afraid I sold my entire supply of perfume and cologne to Norman, the innkeeper. If you'd like some, you should speak with him - assuming he has any left.
You shouldn't waste any time, though. I think you'll find the cologne irresistible.
