Transmutes 15 [Volatile Life] into 4-8 of another volatile element.
- Always produces [Volatile Air] in Uldum.
- Always produces [Volatile Earth] in Deepholm.
- Always produces [Volatile Fire] in Mount Hyjal.
- Always produces [Volatile Water] in Vashj'ir.
- Produces a random volatile element in other zones.
- Bonus volatile elements from [Transmutation Master] will always be random, regardless of zone.[1] In Patch 4.0.6 it was changed from having a small chance to proc 14-16 of a random volatile to have an almost consistent proc of 4-8 volatiles, it is unknown if triple or quadruple procs can still occur.
- This transmute can only be performed once per day and doing so triggers the Alchemist's daily transmute cooldown. This cooldown is shared by [Transmute: Pyrium Bar].
