Trap Launcher was a level 48 hunter ability. While active, it allowed the hunter to launch any trap up to 40 yards away, removing the need to get into melee range to place them.
This ability was off the global cooldown.
Trivia[]
- Trap Launcher functioned as a successor to the original version of
[Freezing Arrow], which allowed the hunter to place a
[Freezing Trap] at a target location within 40 yards.
- After this ability's removal in Legion, its functionality was made baseline for many traps.
- This spell existed during Wrath of the Lich King but never made it live. It would've launched the next trap at the enemy target.
