The proc rate on a raiding 2T10 Restoration Druid was 0.02% (6 hits in 283 seconds) and consecutively made up 2.9% of total healing (~500k) in a 4:43 Valithria Dreamwalker fight.
On a 4T10 resto shaman the rate was ~280 procs on ~930 healing spells cast, accounting for about 2% of total healing (over several boss fights in ICC25 normal).
