Tsuo is a Rajani mogu warrior located on the Mogu'shan Terrace in Kun-Lai Summit, found mortally wounded by mantid invaders. With his dying breath, he asks Magni Bronzebeard and a champion of Azeroth to seek out his clan. The sigil he clutches in his hand proves the key to uncovering the return of the Rajani clan.
In-game, he is referred to as the Mogu Warrior. His name is revealed by Stormspeaker Qian during 
[50] Time-Lost Warriors.
