Tumbling Technique is a conduit for monks. It drops from the Hungering Destroyer in Castle Nathria, Halkias in the Sanguine Depths, and the Eye of the Jailer in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
