Turi Flickerflame is a gnome located in Theramore Isle in Dustwallow Marsh. Turi is a former apprentice of the late Rhonin and the leader of the Sullied Banner, a rogue mage sect, that wanted to create mana bombs. She also wanted to give closure to her followers after the destruction of Theramore and the death of Rhonin.[1] As she was working on three mobs at once, an adventurer sent by Surigosa and Kalecgos defeated her. Instead of killing her, she was taken back to the dragons for examination.[2] She then spoke with Kalec and expressed disappointment and sadness over the loss of Theramore and its circumstances. Kalec wanted to speak with her further about the future she wanted to build for her fellow mages.[3]
Abilities[]
Arcane Barrier — Surrounds the caster with a shield that lasts 10 sec and can absorb up to 14 of all damage.- Fireball — Throw a fiery ball that deals 100 Fire damage. Afterwards, the target burns for an additional 30 Fire damage over 9 sec.
- Freeze Over — Stuns all enemies within 6 yards of the impact, rendering them unable to move or attack for 3 sec. Inflicts 10 Frost damage to enemies within 6 yards of the impact.

- Kalecgos noted how the Sullied Banner flew the banners of Theramore,[4] and in a conversation with the blue Aspect, Turi called Theramore her home.[3]
- Kalecgos remembered her as Rhonin's former apprentice,[3] meaning that he met her at some point in the past.
- It might have happened after Rhonin's death when Kalec joined the Kirin Tor as a member and remained in Dalaran after the events of Tides of War, or at any point after joining the Council of Six in Legion.
