Twelve-String Guitar is a toy that plays the theme of Tristram from the Diablo franchise.
The town of Tristram, with a now-desecrated cathedral, was the center stage of events for Diablo. Tristram would later be destroyed in Diablo II, followed up in Diablo III with a new Tristram having been established near the ruins of the old.
The guitar can be played at any inn. Using it anywhere else gives the error "You must be in an inn to strum that guitar."
