The Twilight Base Camp was one of four Twilight's Hammer camps in Silithus.
During the Call of the Scarab micro-holiday, creatures scale with the player from level 60 to max level.
The camp, alongside the majority of settlements in Silithus, was destroyed at the end of the third invasion of the Burning Legion when Sargeras tried to destroy Azeroth.

In the RPG[]
This village is made up mostly of trolls, tauren and orcs. A low wall surrounds a ramshackle cluster of huts and burrows. A single well in the center provides water. Most of the residents are warlocks or other arcane types, seeking crystals under the sands for some obscure purpose that not even the elves know.[1]
