Tyr's Terrace

Tyr's Terrace is the terrace that runs along Utgarde Keep. At the end, Ingvar the Plunderer can be found.

A non-instanced version of the terrace appears in the main Howling Fjord zone. It is accessible via a flying mount, and unlike the Utgarde Keep version, it is empty.
