Tyrant's Soul is a conduit for demonology warlocks. It drops from Sludgefist in Castle Nathria, the Lord Chamberlain in the Halls of Atonement, and Dausegne in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
