Undercity Cockroach teaches you how to summon a companion of the same name. As NPCs, they can be found next to Jeremiah Payson in the Trade Quarter of the Undercity, as well as on the Gates of Orgrimmar. After the cleansing of Ruins of Lordaeron, they can be found there as well.

Trivia[]
- Some were spotted in Deepwater Tavern.
- It was originally simply named Cockroach until the Undercity distinction was added and a new pet, simply named Cockroach, was added across the game world. This was likely done to distinguish them from other standard cockroaches. It retains its original name in World of Warcraft: Classic.
