Unholy Frenzy is a level 58 Unholy death knight talent.

Patches and hotfixes

Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Duration increased to 2.5 seconds (was 2 seconds), and the cap on extending it increased to 25 seconds (was 10 seconds). Buff now cancels on encounter start.
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Re-added and redesigned. Now increases attack speed by 100% for 2 seconds when bursting a Festering Wound.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed.
Hotfix (2013-03-12): Unholy Frenzy damage will no longer break crowd-control effects that break on damage.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): No longer an Enrage effect.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Added.
Replaced Hysteria more or less, moved from the then-not-specifically-tank Blood tree to the now-only-dps Unholy tree.
