On accept:
- Lord Herne says: We will avenge the possessed here and now! For Ardenweald!
Charge up the bridge.
- Lady Moonberry says: Go on! I'll guard the bridge!
Approach the barrier at the end of the bridge.
- Lord Herne says: Maw Walker, strike down the barrier!
After destroying the barrier, confront Gorak Zhar, draining two Weakened Wildseeds to use as a shield. Maw of Thros is above her.
- Lord Herne says: What sorcery is this?! Slay her minions! I will secure the wildseeds!
- Gorak Zhar yells: Pathetic little creatures! You struggle in vain!
- Gorak Zhar yells: Thros will engulf this realm!
Join with Kivarr to fight Drust Aberrations and Drustfallen Reavers while Lord Herne secures the wildseeds. After the wildseeds are secure:
- Lord Herne says: It is over, Gorak Zhar!
- Gorak Zhar yells: No! You will pay for your insolence in blood!
- Gorak Zhar stuns Lord Herne and Kivarr with Dark Miasma.
- Lord Herne says: Agh! Maw Walker... finish this!
Defeat her:
- Gorak Zhar says: I... cannot... continue...
A cutscene plays:
- Lord Herne says: Your infestation is at an end, monster!
- Lady Moonberry says: Wait! I sense something... hidden from sight.
- Moonberry channels magic into "Gorak Zhar", revealing her to be an illusion for...
- Lady Moonberry says: Ara'lon!
- Lord Herne says: A Drust trick to distract us from our true target!
- Lord Herne says: Do you know where their leader has gone?
- Ara'lon says: Awakening... she seeks... Awakening...
- Ara'lon collapses.
- Lord Herne says: We will stop her, Ara'lon. I swear it. For Queen and grove.
- Ara'lon says: For Queen... and grove...
- Ara'lon dies.
- Lord Herne says: Wild Hunt! We ride for the Grove of Awakening!
- After Herne and the others ride off, the player and Moonberry approach the fallen Ara'lon.
- Lady Moonberry says: We're so sorry, Ara'lon. Night embrace you.
