Unstable Flask of the Sorcerer is a flask that boosts intellect, stamina and spell damage and healing for 1 hour. The effect persists through death.
The flask is only effective in the plateau areas of Blade's Edge Mountains (the areas only reachable with a flying mount), and in Gruul's Lair.
It can be created at the Bash'ir Crystalforge at Bash'ir Landing using 10 
[Apexis Shard].
