Untempered Dedication is a conduit for holy paladins. It drops from High Adjudicator Aleez in the Halls of Atonement and Kel'Thuzad in the Sanctum of Domination.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
