Hotfix (2023-07-24): Damage is now increased by 25% in PvP Combat (was 15%)
Hotfix (2023-07-14):
- Will no longer cast if your target leaves your line of sight.
- Will no longer go on cooldown and fail to deal damage if you are crowd controlled at the same time as completing your empower cast.
