Ursol's Vortex Row 8 druid talent 30 yd range 1 min cooldown Instant Conjures a vortex of wind for 10 sec at the destination, reducing the movement speed of all enemies within 8 yards by 50%. The first time an enemy attempts to leave the vortex, winds will pull that enemy back to its center. Usable in all shapeshift forms.

• Hotfix (2023-05-30): Fixed a bug causing Ursol's Vortex to use its PvP duration in PvE content.
  
• Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Duration decreased to 6 seconds in PvP combat (was 10 seconds).
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 8 class talent (was a level 28 Restoration ability).
